1. Overview

At Benidorm Holiday Pass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that:

  • You have not redeemed any deals or discounts using your Pass
  • Your Pass QR code has not been scanned at any participating venue

Once you redeem any deal at a participating venue, the right of withdrawal expires, as the digital service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Write to hello@benidormpass.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your details

Provide your full name, the email address used for purchase, and the date of purchase.

Confirmation

We will verify that your Pass has not been used and confirm your refund within 2 business days.

Receive your refund

The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The 14-day withdrawal period has expired
  • The Pass has been used to redeem one or more deals at participating venues
  • The Pass was purchased by a third party as a gift and has been activated by the recipient
  • The account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If the Pass has been used in any capacity, a refund will not be processed. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your Pass, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem or find a fair solution.

6. Cancelled or Changed Deals

If a participating venue permanently closes or removes a significant number of deals, we will work to find replacement venues and deals. The removal of individual deals by a venue does not constitute grounds for a refund, as the Pass provides access to a network of 150+ venues.

7. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
